With inspiring monthly lectures given by top experts in their field, together with special interest days, day visits and cultural holidays both at home and abroad, joining The Arts Society is a great way to be entertained, to learn, have fun and make new and lasting friendships.

You might also like to volunteer to help conserve and preserve our artistic heritage. We offer opportunities to learn new skills, meet people with similar interests and support the arts within our local community. We also support a number of local and regional artistic projects and activities.

The Forensic Eye: Find Your Inner Connoisseur
Chantal Brotherton-Ratcliffe
How do experts know if a piece is by one painter or another? How can we distinguishing between master and pupil, master and copyists? In this lecture will consider clues, and reveal some of the tricks of the connoisseur.
Chantal Brotherton-Ratcliffe is an Old Masters expert, and has served on the faculty of Sotherby’s Institute of Art ince 1989.

Dinner: 27th June 2024 – Royal Leamington Spa Biennial Dinner
Tickets are now available for this event, and can be purchased ONLY THROUGH THE WEBSITE. The event will be Black Tie/ Posh frocks (or smart), with a three course meal including wine, after dinner speaker, and tickets are priced at £49 per person. This event is open to partners and friends who are not members.
